What is a Presidential Ambassador at SUU? The Presidential Ambassador Organization exists primarily to assist the admissions and recruitment team in sharing the educational experience of Southern Utah University. They work with prospective students who are interested in attending SUU for college through giving tours of campus, hosting prospective students at on-campus events, visiting high schools to talk to students about SUU, and much more!

Leadership Experience

Presidential Ambassadors are the face of SUU. Being involved in the organization will teach important life lessons on leadership, perspective, work ethic, presentation skills and more.

How Can I Become a Presidential Ambassador?

Becoming a Presidential Ambassador can be competitive. Successful participation includes a scholarship and a position on campus making it competitive to obtain. Applications are once a year and a new team starts each Fall semester. SUU is looking for students who have a deep passion for SUU, are motivated, hard working, responsible, and above all a willingness to learn.

Anyone interested in applying to become an ambassador must first apply for admission to SUU. Upon acceptance, they then need to follow the steps found below.
