Advance Rent Payment
What is the advance rent payment?
A $300 payment that demonstrates your commitment to reside in University Housing for the agreed term of license, as indicated on your application. This payment is applied to the total rent and is credited to your student account during the first semester of the license term. Payment due dates vary according to applicant (see listing below to determine your payment's due date). This Advance Rent Payment (associated with housing) is separate from the non-refundable enrollment deposit (associated with admission to the university).

Methods for Submitting Payment
Pay Online
- Login to the Student Billing System using your SUU Account credentials.
- Click eDeposits from the horizontal menu at the top.
- Select the term from the drop down menu for which you would like to submit payment.
- Choose UH Advance Rent from the drop down menu that appears next.
- Input your credit card information and submit your payment.
Pay by Check
Write a check made payable to University Housing in the amount of $300. Mail to:
