CCAC Worry and Mood Clinic

The Worry and Mood Clinic within the CCAC provides services for older teens and adults with primary difficulties related to perfectionism, chronic worry, mild to moderate depressive/mood concerns, or mood dysregulation.

Following the initial request for services, a brief video screening appointment should occur within 2 weeks of reviewing the referral request (or 30 days if in the summer months) and last for 15-20 minutes. The purpose of this screening call is to determine the appropriateness of services through the CCAC. If deemed an appropriate fit for a clinic within the CCAC, the client will be contacted within 2 weeks. If no there is no current availability, the client will be assigned to that clinic’s waitlist.
